Q:Did you feel pressured to play extraordinarily in college after being a McDonald’s All American?
A: Yeah, going into college there was a certain amount of pressure because I was a McDonald’s All American. What people don’t realize is that being in the McDonald’s game is not only about how good you were in high school, but also it depends a lot on where you are going to college. It took me about a year to adjust to that.

Q: What is it like to play in the NBA compared to college basketball?
A: Well, the NBA has a lot better players. The difference is the superstar players like Kobe Bryant and Tim Duncan that you don’t find in college. They are so unbelievable and so hard to stop. Also, there is a lot more responsibility on and off the court in the NBA. Also, you are older and there is money involved.

Q: What is it like to play in the NCAA tournament?
A:It is a really special time. I never did very well in the tournament, our team always lost. I think the tournament is what makes college basketball so popular. It is the best postseason tournament in sports.

Q: Who is/was your favorite teammate to play with in college or NBA?
A: That’s a good question, I love playing alongside Eddie Curry, Stephon Marbury and Jamal Crawford.

Q: What has been the best basketball moment in your college or professional career?
A: I would say my best basketball moment was that tip in at the last second earlier this year. It was pretty cool just being at Madison Square Garden and winning a game for the Knicks.

Q: What type of music do you listen to and who is your favorite singer?
A: My teammates listen to rap for about 23 hours out of the day, so I am forced to listen to that. When I’m not listening to rap, I like to listen to U2 and Dave Matthews so I listen to a little bit of everything.

Q: What is it like to see yourself and play as yourself in a video game?
A: It was crazy when the college game first came out and I had the opportunity to play as myself. They never made me very good for some reason, but hopefully in next years NBA game they will make me good. It was kind of surreal.

Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: That’s easy, my favorite movie of all time is The Unusual Suspects.

Q: What is your favorite ice cream flavor?
A: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
